pretending she was mentally impaired for so many years when all along she formed the intent to leave our country. Now all I want out of this is not only justice but the process of justice. With nothing to impede that process.
from the VoiCSA group advocating for this case, it is important to note what the complainants will be restricted about what they can say about the case. The first obvious question is why, but to expand upon this there needs to be a great deal of insight and information as to how this trial will be conducted. Forgive the irony, but procedure as god.
to my mind, the extradition was a great step ahead, but not without new risks. Then the one variable that could send the whole thing into a spin - she pleads guilty. After being obstructive for so long, how does one even begin to approach the magnitude of such a sentence?
there needs to be a great duty of care in relation to proceeding with this trial. Otherwise we may have to endure another eleven years. That may involve witnesses testifying and mistrials. Witnesses testifying and being mentally molested over and over again.
having said all that there is one person in all this who I have never physically met but have communicated via social media. Manny Waks. A great person and an even greater advocate. Of justice.
