In the time of this virus, do drug dealers deliver? Does the 5km restriction shrink the dealers customer base? Are deals done more during the day because of the 8pm curfew?
the only reason I ask I am sitting in Moreland Road around 3 in the afternoon and nearby two men are standing in front of Centrelink. A car pulls up and one of the men gets in the car for no longer than a minute. When he gets out he looks around suspiciously. I mean, really, could they have been any more obvious?
also, has the lock down closed the wholesale market? Has it become harder to move larger quantities around than in the recent past?
once again, the only reason I ask is that I live in a flat and standing on my balcony I can see into the back yard of next door. The neighbors suck bongs at various times during the day, as I can see the device on their back yard table. Plus it's not so much I can see into the back yard of next door as I can smell from my balcony.
the thing is that recently, the aroma has changed. So one of two things has happened:
1. next door has changed dealers
2. the dealer has changed suppliers
there could be other scenarios but these seem the most apparent.
once again, I am posting an article that raises more questions than answers. But the basis of this curiosity is merely a whim, because I really don't care what any drug addled morons do with their time in general.
